✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am incapable or uncomfortable drawing it.
✦ Once payment is received, payment is non-refundable. An exception to this would be if work has not begun, or if I find I am in whatever capacity, unable to fulfill the request. So please, be certain you wish to proceed with the process.
✦ The usual turnaround wait for a commission is around 3-4 weeks, unless for whatever reason, it must be extended. In the happenstance that occurs, I will provide updates to you, the client.
✦ At present, payments will be done through Paypal Invoices!
✦ All commissions are for personal purposes only. You may not use commission(s) for NFT projects. No.

Anything that can help me provide the best service such as palettes, moodboards, pose references, are also great! They don't have to be restricted to just in-game screenshots as well.
